We are pleased to offer drafting services for projects not currently under the direction of an architect.  Our own in-house residential designer has over twenty-five years of experience working in the offices of award winning architects throughout this region.

There are three phases that typically comprise the design process as follows:

Schematic Design

The schematic design phase includes documents necessary to delineate the conceptual design of the project.  Appropriate drawings will describe the scale and relationship of the project components based on project program, schedule, and budget.

Design Development

The design development phase refines the design of the project based on approved schematic design documents.  This phase may also include documents and applications required for approval of regulatory agencies.

Construction Documents

The construction documents provide in detail the requirements to construct  the project based on approved design development documents.
